By WIFLE-ing, each person gets a chance to express their current emotional state in a structured and safe environment.
For example, let’s say one team member expresses frustration with another for consistently arriving late to meetings. Through WIFLE, everyone has their turn to speak, and when it comes time for the person being discussed to respond, they reveal a personal struggle, such as a family health issue, that explains their tardiness. And how resilient are you feeling in the face of challenges? These questions can help keep everyone’s focus sharp and ensure that the energy levels required to reach your goals are sustained.
3. Hire Hungry People
When building your team, focus on attracting individuals who are hungry for success and align with your company’s vision and values. During the hiring process, use a method of exclusion to filter out those who are merely looking for a job, rather than those passionate about being part of your journey. This ensures that you’re surrounded by a team that’s as invested in your business’s success as you are.
As a bonus tip, remember that every goal in your business needs a corresponding strategy. It’s not enough to have long-term goals; you need actionable daily goals with clear strategies on how to achieve them.
